Pricing & Product Availability 

Product availability varies and is subject to change at any time. Orders will be billed at the time of shipping. Sales may be subject to credit approval.

 

Shipping Policy 

Free shipping may be available for certain orders and special events. Any free freight offers are for the contiguous 48 states and are subject to change or cancellation at any time.

 

Accessorial Charges or Services 

Charges may apply for additional, special, or supplemental services that go beyond standard delivery. Examples of accessorial charges include inside delivery, residential delivery, sorting/segregation, and lift gate services. Deliveries requiring special services, such as lift gate, weekend deliveries, call-ahead scheduling, and expedited orders, may incur additional fees.

 

Redelivery 

If a shipment is undeliverable through no fault of the seller or carrier, additional charges may apply for subsequential or attempted deliveries. Charges will vary based on the policies of the carrier.

 

Shipping Claims 

Pan-American Trailer Parts LLC is not liable for damaged or lost goods once they have left our warehouses. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of goods from the carrier. We will try to assist with any claims you may have with the carrier within reason. We suggest proceeding with claims by keeping detailed records, including freight bills, documentation of shortages, photos of damage, or any other evidence relevant to your claim against the carrier.

 

Sales Tax 

Pan-American Trailer Parts LLC may charge sales tax on merchandise depending on the location of your company, end user or reseller status, as well as the address of your payment source or delivery location, in accordance with state resale tax rules.

 

Returns

Return requests for damaged material or errors must be pre-approved, processed, and returned to our warehouse within 60 days of the original invoice date. Additional information, including photographs, may be required for approval. A minimum restocking fee of 20% applies to all non-defective items that are returned, provided the goods are returned in the same condition as shipped. Return shipping fees for non-defective items are the responsibility of the sender. Shipping costs for pre-approved returns due to defects will be covered by Pan-American Trailer Parts LLC, using the carrier of our choice. Please contact your sales representative before returning any goods. Returns for reasons other than defects may be subject to restocking fees and additional charges at the discretion of Pan American Trailer Parts. Goods that have been used, installed, modified, or improperly stored or handled may not qualify for refunds.
